b3 is the business system we run brunaro on: companies, contacts, deals, activities, project backlog and documents in one data set. Our own CRM has been running on it in production since July 2026. The same core is the foundation for the portals we build for clients.

Sales on a board

Each stage is a column with count and total. Deals move to the next stage by dragging, and the pipeline value is always at the top.

Which fields, lists and timelines a detail page shows is set in a builder: drag building blocks into header, main area and sidebar, save. No developer needed.

The same dashboard in four of seven looks. On top come freely selectable accent colours, your own app title, logo and the name of the AI assistant. That way a portal carries the client's identity.

Behind it

Configurable rather than hard-wired

b3 separates a shared core from each application. What a company needs is configured. What does not exist yet, we build as a module.

Own objects and fields

Besides companies, people, deals and quotes, you can create your own objects, with field types from text through picklists to formulas. Every object gets a real database table.

Roles and permissions

Users, roles and permission sets control who sees and changes which records, down to single fields.

Interface for automation

The data is reachable through a REST interface. Our AI agents use it to maintain the project backlog, for example, without anyone having to click.

Test environment before production

Every change runs in a separate test environment with invented data first. Only versions signed off there go into production.
